Funding Requirements

Our Credit team, offers a worldwide funding platform to provide flexible credit facilities to companies  with IMPACT projects. We service a wide range of sustainable industries. Our typical transaction size is $1 Million up to $50 Billion or more.

At the same time we follow rather simple business ethics like for instance : we expect our customers not to come empty handed to the negotiating table.

In addition to that we expect them also to be willing and able to invest something in their own project.

If customers are not willing or able to invest in their own project themselves, then we might not be interested to invest in them.

To assess whether or not your project is worth funding we have minimum funding requirements:

​

1. Proof of Funds (POF) or able to pay fees, a BCL or a copy of the bankaccount or an authorisation to verify the account (ATV) bank to bank.

2. History of the funds must be Cristal Clear.  Note: Fake instruments or falsified documents will be reported and handed over to the FBI.

3. A strategical Business Plan or Executive Summary.

​

4. Current or projected Financials.

​

5. PPA's, SKR valuation, relevant licenses, company registration etc.
