FAQ'S part 1
FOR PROJECT FUNDING:
APPROXIMATELY HOW LONG WOULD IT TAKE TO GET MY PROJECT FUNDED FROM START TO FINISH?
Answer: This really depends on the project and available commitment reservation for the project. It can be done in minmal two (2) weeks and max 90 days.
ARE YOU DIRECT LENDERS INVESTORS OR BROKERS?
Answer: We are investors with our own Group private funds, you deal only with Global Reliable Resources LLC
ARE THERE ANY FEES INVOLVED WITHIN YOUR FUNDING AND IF YES WHEN ARE THEY PAYABLE?
Answer: In certain cases Yes, and in other cases no. There are fees involved in case of the purchase of a financial instrument for instance .
CAN THE FEES BE ADDED TO THE LOAN?
No, these fees are an expense in cured by Global Reliable Resources LLC and not a profit. The fees are to cover the following: compliance, underwriting to a commitment with document issuance and legal costs to prepare a 36 page contract and issue. If an applicant does not cover these fees then their investment into the transaction will be zero.
